Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship within Thailand. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Is free shipping available?
Yes, orders of THB 500 or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping.
How long does delivery take?
- Bangkok & Metropolitan Areas: 1-3 business days
- Provincial Areas: 3-5 business days
- During promotions or sales, delivery times may be longer.
What are your order processing and shipping times?
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon): Processed and shipped the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM: Processed the next business day.
Business days: Tuesday to Sunday (excludes Mondays and holidays).
Can I track my order?
Yes! A tracking link is included in your purchase confirmation email.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank Transfer
- PromptPay
- Credit/Debit Card
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all payments are secured by Omise Payment.

Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer refunds?
No, we do not provide refunds. We only offer exchanges under specific conditions.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Return & Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with product tags and proof of purchase.
•Only one exchange per order is allowed.
What are acceptable reasons for returns and exchanges?
- You received a damaged, defective, or expired product.
- You received the wrong item.
- Items are missing from your order.
- You ordered the wrong size.
What items are NOT eligible for exchange?
- Items that have been used, damaged due to improper use, or returned without original packaging.
- Minor color or design variations from product images on our website.
How do I request an exchange?
Send clear photos of the product and an explanation of your request to:

Our team will assess your request and provide further instructions.
Who covers the shipping cost for exchanges?
- You are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges. We do not cover return shipping fees.
- If the product is defective or incorrect, we may cover the return shipping costs.
How long does it take to process an exchange?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about your exchange status.
Refund
Can I get a refund?
No, we do not provide refunds. We only offer exchanges or store credit.
What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
You can request an exchange following our Return & Exchange Policy.
What if I don’t want an exchange?
If an exchange is not possible, we may provide store credit instead.
Will I be refunded for return shipping costs?
No, customers must cover their own shipping costs for returns.
What if I receive an item that looks slightly different from the website photos?
Minor color and design variations are normal and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Warranty
What does the warranty cover?
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues for the original purchaser.
- If your product has a defect, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
What is NOT covered under the warranty?
- Damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or material aging.
- Minor scratches, fading, or deterioration over time.
How do I claim a warranty?
A traceable order number is required. Contact us with details and proof of the defect.
What if the product I want to replace is discontinued?
If the exact item is unavailable, we will offer a product of equal value.
Who pays for warranty shipping?
- You are responsible for shipping the item to our warehouse.
- If the product is found to be defective, we will cover the cost of reshipping the replacement item.
- Out-of-warranty replacements require the customer to pay for both shipping fees.
